These terms explain orders, payment, delivery and customer rights when you shop at lupvivo.com. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.
1. About Lupvivo

2. Using our store
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate billing, contact and delivery details. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have the appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. You may not interfere with the website, misuse another person's details or use our services for unlawful purposes.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products and their features accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly with screen settings. Please read the product description, dimensions, operating instructions and included items before ordering. Images showing optional accessories do not mean those accessories are included unless the description expressly states this.
For electrical or heated products, follow the supplied operating and care instructions and use a compatible power source. Product comfort descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a promise to prevent or treat disease.
4. Prices & payment
Our base store currency is EUR. If a supported local currency is shown, the checkout confirms the currency and final amount charged. Applicable taxes, shipping and any other charges collected by us are shown before you submit payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Orders & availability
Submitting an order is your offer to buy the listed goods. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. This does not postpone any cancellation or refund rights that apply before dispatch.
If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to explain and offer the available options. We will not increase the amount charged without your consent. If we cancel an order, any payment already collected for the cancelled goods will be refunded.
6. Shipping & delivery
For Germany, the United States, Italy, Austria and France, standard shipping costs €4.90, with estimated delivery in approximately 5 business days from order confirmation. Timing is an estimate. See our Shipping policy for delivery details and delays.
Where consumer law places delivery risk on us until you take physical possession, that protection is unaffected by these terms.
7. Returns, withdrawal & faulty goods
EU consumers have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for eligible online purchases. Our US voluntary change-of-mind return window is 7 days after delivery. These periods do not replace statutory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Read our Return & refund policy for the procedure, return costs and refund timing.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides the commerce platform supporting our store. If you use Shop or Shop Pay, their separate applicable service terms also apply to your use of those services. Lupvivo remains your contact for product, order, shipping and return questions.
9. Website content & third-party links
Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Your personal use of the store does not transfer ownership of those rights. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Consumer rights & responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights, statutory guarantees or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For EU consumers, statutory conformity rights continue to apply. These terms do not require you to waive the protections or courts available to you under mandatory consumer law.
11. Questions & changes
Contact us by email about an order or complaint. We will consider the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. Updates to these terms will be dated on this page. The terms applicable when you placed your order govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law.
