Returns & refunds

European Union: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer receiving goods in the European Union, including Germany, Italy, Austria or France, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Notify us by emailing beygir16enes@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, your name and order number. A return authorisation is not a condition for exercising this right. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.

United States: 7-day voluntary returns

For delivery to the United States, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Returned items must be unused, clean, complete and in resaleable condition. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Any stronger rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

How to send a return

Email us first so that we can provide the appropriate return address for your order. Our postal contact address is not automatically the return warehouse. Please do not send a parcel to the address on the original shipping label without checking with us.

Include your order number and all included accessories. Please use suitable protective packaging; original packaging is helpful but is not mandatory for an EU statutory withdrawal. For an EU withdrawal, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We cover the necessary return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Keep proof of posting.

Refund timing & delivery charges

For an EU withdrawal, we refund all payments received for the returned order, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery for a full withdrawal, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Extra charges for a more expensive delivery service chosen by you are not refundable under the statutory withdrawal right.

For US voluntary returns, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the return. Original outbound delivery costs are not refunded for a change-of-mind return, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your payment provider may need additional time to post a refund. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it, but the 7-day or 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights for non-conforming goods. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
