Destinations & shipping price

The €4.90 shipping rate applies to an order delivered to Germany, the United States, Italy, Austria or France. There is no minimum order value for this rate. Available services and the final total are displayed before payment.

When will my order arrive?

For these five destinations, our estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Address verification, peak periods, carrier disruptions and customs clearance can affect delivery.

If we cannot meet the estimated shipping schedule, we will contact you with the revised timing and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

Order details & delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order is damaged, missing or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Taxes & customs

The checkout shows the taxes and shipping charges collected by Lupvivo. Where a cross-border shipment is subject to import duties or taxes not collected at checkout, these may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Other destinations

For destinations outside these five countries, availability, shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when offered. The €4.90 / approximately 5-business-day offer does not apply automatically to other destinations.
